Delivery & Pickup Policy

Thank you for choosing our bakery! We want to ensure that your order experience is smooth and convenient. Please take a moment to review our delivery and pickup policies:

Pickup Orders:

• Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your pickup. This will include the exact location and the time your order will be available for pickup.

• Pickup Window: You will have a 1-hour window from the scheduled pickup time to collect your order. Please ensure that you arrive within this timeframe to avoid additional charges.

• Late Pickup Fee: We kindly ask that you pick up your order on time. Orders not picked up within the 1-hour window will incur a late pickup fee. The additional fee is $5 for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time.

• Failure to Pickup: If an order is not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the order may be canceled and any payments will be forfeited.

Delivery Orders:

• Delivery times and fees will vary depending on location. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time at the time of your order.
